Acquisition of highly visible 2.45 Acre lot along major Destin, FL thoroughfare, US Highway 98. Constructed 506 Climate Controlled Storage Units with plans to expand to a Phase II of 223 additional units as Phase I has completed lease up.

AM Houston

AM Houston represented the purchase of 15 distressed multifamily properties in the Houston MSA. Through prudent operations, sufficient capital investment, and strategic repositioning of each asset within its market, rent rolls were dramatically improved and provided near-term cash yield. We opportunistically refinanced or sold each property over several years, driving strong returns for our investors.
