Through prudent operations, sufficient capital investment, and strategic repositioning of each asset within its market, rent rolls were dramatically improved and provided near-term cash yield. We opportunistically refinanced or sold each property over several years, driving strong returns for our investors.

The largest historic tax credit project in Texas history, Downtown Dallas' vacant First National Bank Tower rises 52 stories in the air and comprises 1.5 million square feet.
